Outdoor grilling is lots of fun. Moreover, it is a relaxing way of cooking and a wonderful time to break bread with family and friends when the heat is on. One of the popular grilling recipes throughout the world is the grilled burger. Here are two exciting recipes that you should not miss.

The Betty’s Burger need ingredients such as 6 thin Cheddar cheese slices, 1 ½ pound ground beef, 1 big green pepper, 1 medium tomato sliced thinly, 1 medium onion sliced thinly, salt and pepper, 6 thin slices of Swiss Gruyere cheese, 6 hamburger buns and lettuce leaves. Shape the ground beef to 12 thin patties, top with a slice of cheddar cheese, onion slice, green pepper strips Swiss cheese and tomato. Top each with another patty, seal the edges and season to taste. Grill burgers until meat is no longer pink and then serve on lettuce-lined buns.

Ingredients for the next recipe which is the Hamburgers Chili Dog Style include 1 pound ground beef, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. minced onion, 6 hot dog buns, 6 slices American cheese, salt and pepper, 1 can chili without beans and 3 lengthwise cut dill pickles. Preheat outdoor grill to high heat and oil the grate lightly. Mix ground beef, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and onion. Shape mixture into 6 thin patties and cook on the grill until burgers are cooked. Place cheese slices on the burgers during the last cooking minute. Heat the chili can in a saucepan until it’s hot, cut burger patties in half and put two halves in a hotdog bun, side by side. Place pickles in the buns and then top each with chili.
