Summer is in session! Break out of your kitchen and it is time to gather around the grill. Probably, one of the very popular grilling recipes during summer is a grilled burger. While there are hundreds of ways to grill and enjoy a burger, check out these two recipes.

First is the Sun-dried Tomato and Blue Cheese Burgers. Ingredients include 1 cup diced sun-dried tomatoes, 3 pounds uncooked lean ground beef, 4 ounces blue cheese, ½ cup minced chives fresh, 1 tbsp. steak sauce, ¼ tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, ¼ tsp. hot pepper sauce, 1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper, 1 ½ tsp. salt, 1 tsp. dry mustard and 12 rolls of hamburger. Mix sun-dried tomatoes, ground beef, blue cheese, hot pepper sauce, steak sauce, black pepper, mustard, salt and Worcestershire sauce in a big bowl. Cover and put on the fridge for two hours. Preheat the outdoor grill for high. Gently form the mixture into twelve same-sized patties. Grill the burgers on each side for five minutes and serve on rolls.

Another burger grilling recipe is the Classic Cheeseburger. For ingredients, you will need 2 pounds ground beef, ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper, 2 tsp. salt, 4 hamburger buns, 3 ounces Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese, sliced about ¼ thick, 2 sliced tomatoes, 1 small red sliced onion and 8 leaves Bibb lettuce. Heat the grill to medium high. Season the meat with salt and pepper, mix lightly and shape to four patties. Grill the burgers around four to six minutes on each side and nine to eleven minutes for well done. Lay cheese slices on top of the burgers after flipping them. Immediately serve on buns, topped with lettuce, tomatoes and slices of onion.
