With summer in the air, it is time to break out of the kitchen and gather around the grill for an unforgettable grilling experience. Probably, one of the popular grilling recipes this summer is the Barbecue Pork. Check out these recipes and enjoy delicious grilling with your family and friends.

The first recipe is the Barbecue Pork Loin. Ingredients you should prepare include garlic cloves, 5-6 lbs. whole boneless pork loin, coarse or sea salt, olive oil and fresh ground pepper. Preheat the grill about 350 F, insert clove of garlic to the fat cap, and apply olive oil to all sides of the pork. Barbecue fat side for 1 to 2 hours ‘indirect’ opposite coals with a closed grill. Cook until the internal temperature of the meat is 160 F. Remove from the grill, place the pork loin fat side down directly to the coals for a few minutes with closed lid. Remove and allow the BBQ pork rest for twenty minutes wrapped in foil.

Another recipe is the Pork Chops. For ingredients, you need par-cooked potatoes, bone-in center cut pork chops, onion, bread crumbs, soy sauce, mushrooms, butter and pork dry rub. Slice u p the potatoes and onions, place on a shallow pan along with mushrooms and butter slices, then coat with soy sauce and oil. Apply pork rub or simply salt and pepper to the chops then cover with the bread crumbs. Search chops quickly on both sides in an oiled black iron pan. Remove seared pork chops and place in a shallow pan with onions, potatoes and mushrooms. Place the pan opposite the coals in a 325-350F covered grill. Remove and serve in around twenty to thirty minutes.
