Grilling is a fun activity for the whole family, particularly in summer where you get to enjoy more fun time outdoors and great barbecue with friends and family. Moreover, grilling is also a great way to relax and unwind after a stressful day at work. Here is a great grilling recipe that you can enjoy with family and friends during a summer evening.

The Chili-Rubbed Grilled Vegetable Kabobs is one perfect grilling recipe to consider. For the ingredients, you will need 1 medium red or sweet onion cut to 12 wedges, 1 yellow bell pepper cut into 12 pieces of 1 inch chunks,  2 fresh ears corn on the cub, 1 red bell pepper cut into 12 1 inch chunks, 1 green bell pepper cut into 12 pieces of 1-inch chunks, 2 tbsps. olive oil, 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, ½ teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon chilli powder. In your preparation, use a big chef’s knife for cutting cobs crosswise into 1-inch pieces, thread corn, bell peppers and onion alternately onto 12-inch metal skewers. Brush the oil vegetables evenly then mix with chilli powder, sugar, seasoned salt and sprinkle on both sides of the vegetables. Use heavy aluminum foil to wrap skewers and refrigerate for about eight hours. Prepare the grill for direct cooking and place unwrapped skewers on the grid over a medium heat, grill vegetables for about ten to twelve minutes or until tender and turn occasionally.
