The Espresso Martini is one of the many coffee-like martinis made today. An Espresso Martini is all you need after a great dinner either at home or at the restaurant. It gives you the push to have fun and not fall asleep.

An Espresso Martini is great for a before or after dinner drink, happy hour cocktail or whenever you want a wonderful coffee-flavored cocktail drink. Here are two Espresso Martini recipes you can make.

For the first recipe, ingredients you need include ¾ oz. Kahlua coffee liquor, 1 ½ oz. vodka, 1 oz. cold espresso and ¼ oz. white crème de cacao. Pour Kahlua, vodka, crème de cacao and espresso in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. The next recipe includes ingredients such as ½ ounce coffee liquor, ½ oz. vanilla vodka, ½ oz. Irish Cream, ½ oz. hazelnut liquor, ½ oz. fresh chilled espresso, chocolate sprinkles or small chocolates and ice. Before you prepare the martini, make the espresso ahead of time and keep it chilled. Chill a martini glass by adding several ice cubes and water and put in the freezer. Pour all ingredients to a Martini shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously and pour contents and strain into the chilled martini glass. Garnish with small chocolate pieces or chocolate sprinkles.
