With summer in the air, you could not help but think of something new to try out on the grill during some hot summer nights. Many people take less time to grill than the time it takes to watch the coals turn white. There are thousands of grilling recipes for this summer you can choose from. Here is one recipe that you should definitely try this summer!

The first recipe is the Grilled Lamb Chops with Tapenade Butter. Ingredients you need include canola or olive oil, 8 baby lamb chops, freshly ground pepper and salt, 1 tbsp herbes de Provence, fresh chopped oregano leaves for garnish and Tapenade Butter.  Heat the grill to  high, then brush lamb chops with oil and season both sides with pepper, salt and herbes de Provence. Grill for about two or  three minutes on both sides or until they are slightly charred and cooked to medium-rare. Garnish with fresh oregano if you like.

For the Tapenade Butter, you would need 4 anchovy fillets, 1 ½ sticks of slightly softened unsalted butter, coarsely chopped 3 garlic cloves, pinch red pepper flakes, 1 tsp. chopped lemon zest, salt and freshly ground black pepper and 1 cup Nicoise olives coarsely chopped and pitted. Place anchovies, butter, garlic, zest and pepper flakes in the food processor and process until smooth, then add salt, olives, pepper and pulse until mixed well. Scrape mixture in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap, then refrigerate for an hour before serving. Remove butter from the fridge ten minutes before serving.
