Grilling is a favorite activity especially during summer where you can stay outdoors and enjoy a great barbecue with family and friends. Grilling or barbecuing is a great way to relax after a hard day at work. Here are some wonderful grilling recipes for you to enjoy with your family and friends on a summer evening.

One great grilling recipe is the Chili-Rubbed Grilled Vegetable Kabobs. Ingredients include 1 medium sweet or red onion, cut into 12 wedges, 2 husked ears fresh corn on the cub, 1 yellow bell pepper cut into 12 1 inch chunks, 1 red bell pepper cut into 1-inch 12 chunks, 1 green bell pepper cut into 12 1-inch chunks, 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, 2 tablespoons olive oil, ½ teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon chilli powder. To prepare, use a big chef’s knife to cut cobs crosswise into 1-inch pieces. Thread corn, onion an bell peppers alternately onto a 12-inch long metal skewers. Brush oil over the vegetables evenly and mix chilli powder, seasoned salt and sugar and sprinkle on both sides of the vegetables. Wrap the skewers in heavy aluminum foil and refrigerate for eight hours. Prepare your grill for direct cooking and place unwrapped skewers on grid over medium heat. Grill the vegetables from 10 to 12 minutes or until tender while turning occasionally.
