After your holiday visits, you have to unwind as well as stay healthy. Try a healthy Blueberry Martini with a bountiful of Omega-3 fatty acids. This is great in during cold and flu season. There are many therapeutic to blueberries. Creating a delicious drink keeps you cool but very healthy as well.

In making the blueberry martini, things and ingredients you need include a cocktail shaker, Martini glass, 2 shallow bowls, sugar, Blueberry Vodka, Blue Curacao, lemon-lime soft drink and fresh berries. Chill the martini glass and pour a small amount of Blue Curacao in a bowl then add sugar to a second bowl. Pour ice out of the martini glass then dip the rim of the glass into the blue Curacao. Shake the glass by removing extra liquid, and then dip the glass rim to the sugar for a nicely flavored sugar rim.

Combine the ingredients to make the drink. Fill a cocktail shaker half full of ice and add 2 ounces of blueberry vodka, 1 ounce of lemon-lime softdrink, 2 ounces of Blueberry Curacao and shake. Strain drink to the sugar-rimmed and chilled glass and add fresh berries to garnish. Raspberries and blackberries make a good compliment to the flavor or blueberry to the drink.
