A great way to do backyard entertaining is a backyard barbecue party. Does the smell of smoking charcoal in summer appeal to you? Then consider a barbecue party. For a great barbecue party, here are two outdoor grilling recipes you should not miss.

The first grilling recipe is the Barbecued Pork Ribs. Ingredients you need include 4 tbsp. barbecue seasoning, 4 pounds pork and barbecue sauce. Rub barbecue seasoning on all rib surfaces and place ribs in a shallow pan. Cover with foil, and then bake for two hours at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Finish on grill by basting and turning ribs with barbecue sauce for twelve to fifteen minutes.

Another recipe is the Grilled Salmon. Ingredients include lemon pepper, garlic powder, 1 ½ pound salmon fillets, salt, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup water and ¼ cup vegetable oil. Season salmon fillets with garlic powder, lemon pepper and salt. Stir together in a small bowl brown sugar, soy sauce, vegetable oil and water until sugar dissolves. Place fish in a big resalable plastic bag with the mixture of soy sauce, seal then turn to coat. Refrigerate for two hours. Preheat the grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grill grate. Place salmon on the grill and discard marinade. Cook salmon from six to eight minutes on both sides or until fish easily flakes easily using a fork.
