A barbecue party is a wonderful way to do backyard entertaining. If the smell of smoking charcoal during summer appeals to you, then a barbecue part is the perfect choice. For an unforgettable barbecue party, you should not miss these two outdoor grilling recipes.

First recipe is the BBQ Chicken Burger. Ingredients include 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, 4 large burger buns sliced in half, 4 rashers bacon (optional), tomato, red onion and lettuce to serve. Ingredients for the marinade and sauce include 5 tbsp brown sauce, 4 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tsp clear honey, 2 garlic cloves crushed and slash chili sauce (if desired). Create the marinade and sauce by combining everything in a big bowl, put a few spoonfuls aside. Slice halfway to the thickest part of every breast and open it up like a book, flatten slightly with your hand and then toss in the bowlful of marinade to coat. Chill as you have time to. Barbecue the chicken for ten minutes or until completely cooked, turning so it is nicely sticky and charred. At the same time cook the bacon until crisp and toast the buns. Assemble the burgers with slices of tomato, lettuce, onion and reserved sauces on the side.

Another recipe is the Barbecue Salmon with Basil Ingredients.  You will need 3 tbsp lemon juice, 4 salmon fillets one inch thick, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp fresh basil chopped roughly and 1 lemon cut into 8 wedges. Heat the grill to medium heat. Combine the chopped basil with lemon juice and olive oil in a small bowl. Spoon salmon mixture over salmon fillets on both sides. Grill salmon steaks for five minutes on one side and then turn over. Brush with the remaining lemon juice, oil and basil mixture and grill for another five minutes or until fillets flake when you use a fork. Serve with 2 wedges of lemon.
