Admit it, grilled ribs is sure to make your water mouth just by thinking of it. Here is one great rib grilling recipe that you should try one summer evening with your family.

The Jalapeno Ribs Recipe is unique due to the combination of sweet brown sugar, spicy rub and spicy jalapeno peppers in its sauce. Ingredients you need include 2 teaspoons chilli powder, 4 teaspoons brown sugar, 1-teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1/8 teaspoon garlic power and 3-1/2 to 4 pounds of pork spareribs. For the sauce, you will need 2 cans of Hunt’s Tomato Sauce, 2/3 cup of packed brown sugar, ¼ cup Worcestershire, 1/3 cup of lemon juice, 1 small finely-chopped onion, 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules and 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped and seeded.

Mix the first six ingredients into a small bowl and rub onto both sides of the ribs. Place the ribs with meat side up on a rack in foil-lined roasting pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1-3/4 hours or until tender. Combine the sauce ingredients in a big saucepan; simmer for 30-40 minutes until it thickened. Grill the ribs uncovered over medium heat for about ten to fifteen minutes, bast with sauce and turn over several times. Reheat the remaining sauce and serve with the ribs. This recipe makes four servings.
