The recipe is the Grilled Shrimp Remoulade. Ingredients you need include ¼ cup low-fat plain yogurt, ¼ cup reduced fat mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. chopped flat-leaf parsley, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, ¼ tsp. hot sauce, 2 tsp. ground cumin, 1 tsp. ground coriander, 2 tsp. paprika, ½ tsp. garlic powder, ¼ tsp. salt, 36 raw shrimp, deveined and peeled and 1/8 tsp. freshly ground pepper. In preparing the sauce, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, parsley, hot sauce and mustard in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate. Preheat the grill to high and prepare the shrimp. Combine paprika, cumin, garlic powder, coriander, pepper and salt in a big bowl. Add shrimp and then toss to coat with spices, thread shrimp o four 12-inch skewers. Oil the grill of the rack then grill shrimp until thoroughly cooked, around three minutes on each side. Remove the shrimp carefully and immediately serve with the sauce.
