Summer is the season for grilling. This summer, break free from your kitchen and let the family gather around the grill. Stoke the fire with great grilling recipes, outdoor entertaining and barbecuing. From brining pork chops, barbecuing chicken and the perfect steak, you will surely have a wonderful grilling experience.

Probably the one dish that truly represents the grilling season is the hamburger. You can try various hamburger recipes with new twists to make eating more exciting. Here is one great hamburger recipe that you can do this summer. The Grilled Cheddar Burgers and Veggies is great as a supper for six that can be done in less than an hour. For the ingredients, you will need one and a half-lean ground beef, one and a half cups shredded cheddar cheese, one and a half tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Include three medium green chopped onions, two teaspoons peppered seasoned salt, three medium Yukon gold potatoes sliced thinly, two cups of carrots cut in half, eighteen cherry tomatoes cut in half and six medium green sliced onions.

Heat the grill for direct heat and cut six pieces of heavy-duty foil in eighteen by sixteen inches and spray with cooking spray. Mix cheese, beef, onions, Worcestershire sauce and peppered seasoned salt in a big bowl. Form the mixture into six patties. Next, put potatoes on the center of each foil piece and top with beef patty, tomatoes, carrots and sliced onions. Sprinkle with the one half teaspoon seasoned salt. Fold the foil over the patties and vegetables to their edges meet. Seal the edges and fold again, then cover and grill over medium heat around twenty minutes, turning about eight minutes until the potatoes are tender. Put the packets on a plate and serve.
